I was in a wreck and Swanson towing company took my car and I have a gun in my middle console. And that's considered part of my house by law..But they will not release it to me... Resolution Sought The towing company will not let me have my gun back. Its in a part of my car that is considered a part of my house hold. Which is my console ..

The consumer has been advised that he can retrieve any item he needs to from the vehicle once he satisfies his tow bill that is outstanding. He has abandoned his vehicle here at our facility after he had an auto accident on 1/21 and did not have proper insurance coverage to handle it. As soon as he pays his tow bill, only then can he retrieve his items.
