Traveled all the way from Virginia to sweet valley ranch to get greeted by a nasty attitude and customer service experience by the girl at the ticket booth she was highly unprofessional with my husband and when he asked for his refund she took down our order number and stated it'll be back to our card 3-4 business days. now contacting business again regarding refund and they say it's no refunds ! This is a big issue why would the young lady do all that just for them to tell us we are not getting out money back for that sh*t show experience Resolution Sought REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE AND THANK YOU
