i had some old ballance back in 2016 that were supposed to be cancled out due to a stutue of limitation with the state of texas and swepco which info givin to me by a swepco rep in or aroudnd 2022 when i got my lights on the limitation was that if the bill was more than 4 years old the customerdid not have to pay it. now they are trying to charge me all over again Resolution Sought close those charges out and stop bringing them up to get money i dont have and as much as they have been over charging me on my bills is a form of harrassment
