In purchase of a 2008 Honda CRV, there was a significant dent on the back side panel with rust accumulation. I was PROMISED by the sales manager, Danny, that this would be repaired before the car was released. As the cosigner, I live out of town and was not present at the time of release. It was released to my daughter who is a naive, impressionable 26 y/o single mom w/2 toddlers. I feel that this dealership took advantage of that and gave her a 10,000. car with a significant fault that was not fixed as promised Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be to fix the dent/replace the parts as promised

Company Response

We are in receipt of a complaint from your client, Ms. Balides, directed to Swickard Honda, a subsidiary of Swickard Auto Group ("Swickard"). Please be advised that Swickard did not include any promises of additional repair services to your client or to her daughter, Eva, as part of the sale of the 2008 Honda CRV. Had there been any such promises made, such work would have been memorialized in the "We-Owe" portion of the sales contract, as is Swickard's regular practice as an automobile dealership. Attached is the "We-Owe" portion of the relevant sales contract, signed by Eva and your client, which does not list any additional services as part of the contract.
