Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I have invoices from since October 18 for my packages, it's December 18th and still can not get my packages up to now, the staff member dealing with this told my emails that resent over 50 times kept being erased, then he said the invoice I received from temu was not adding up but i resent the same exact thing and it was accepted but my packages are yet to be released, I explained i had to leaver the island since november and had to push it back to be a whole another month and my packages are still not in my possession its giving highway robbery Resolution Sought if wanna plan on keeping the stuff refund me the money i paid for them, you have the invoices so you know how much it is cause this is bullshit
