So on December 29 2024 I purchased a jacket from this company and after a month later they still hadn't sent it out. Now I got a shipping tracking number 3 weeks later, but after three more week it will hadn't moved. So, when I finally tried emailing the company they never answered. So finally three days ago I got upset and finally contacted them for a refund and never got a response. I finally had to threaten a lawyer in order to get a response and then they did. I'm like upset at this point cause why couldn't they answer me before. Then after me trying to get my money back, they try to threaten me with oh did you contact your card company this and the third. Then after me having to threaten with a lawyer and having a contact my card company to make an investigation, then they finally refunded me. But it was just this year audacity of this company trying to keep my money because they hadn't gotten their products OK because of them dealing with faulty companies themselves, which has nothing to do with me, but how can you sit there and try to keep my money when I asked you nicely to send me a refund and I feel like this company is trying to fraud people because there's other people online that have asked for their products and never gotten them and they just keep peoples money. Resolution Sought I want this company business to close, because they cheat people out there money.

This customer reacted hastily and accused us of being a scam without first contacting us in a constructive manner. Despite purchasing a pre-order item with a specified delivery date, they expressed dissatisfaction and claimed we took their money. However, we promptly refunded them when they opted not to wait. Their allegations are baseless and premature.

This is a baseless lie I have proof that I asked then for 3 weeks for a refund they have numerous people on Facebook that call them frauds. even as we speak they still haven't shipped out any of the items that they promised to other customers regardless. I got my money back but they shouldn't lie because like I said I have proof of there misleading me into believing they were gonna refund me cause I purchased my item on December 29th and they didn't refund me until a month later and kept ignoring my emails. I sent BCA a screenshots of my email trail with the company. If you look at them, you will see there lies it doesn't matter if it was a pre order if I ask for my money back cause you business that's not my fault I didn't care about the item at that point cause a month went by and they didn't contact me until I threatened to get a lawyer which is ridiculous so they are compulsive liars
