I signed up to receive internet services with this company in April of 2022 they proved very bad customer service and they scammed me the amount of money I was paying was a lot monthly for a service that would go out every other month . In January of 2023 they charged me my monthly bill and disconnected my services after I paid , I tried to get a hold of the company by calling and emailing and their lines kept going to voicemail and no response to my emails. Finally their website says that they are temporary closed and all their services are shut down. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for my inconvenience and all time and money wasted.
