I tried the system in March of 2022 and the system would not work as was stated, tried to cancel it , they gave me the run around. 8 months later they billed my card, I tried to contact them to tell them not to but they close down at 5pm, and I get notified of the charge 2 hours after that from Discover. I called Discover, they said they couldn't do anything till it posted. I notified Systemate with email, my replay later, was I needed to give 2 days notice. I didn't know it was going to auto renew, that's how they get you. They sell refuse to refund my money. Resolution Sought Full refund of the $999.00.
