T & R South Sanitation LLC complaints

I started T&R South Sanitation 5/15/2021- ended on 2/01/2022! Trash pickup day was on every Wednesday! Maybe 3 times out of this 8months, they picked up our trash on time! I always called in complaining begging them to come pick up the trash up! U could never speak to the owner because he was always out on one of the trucks working his self because he couldn't keep employees! I would get a bill to pay on time but couldn't get my trash emptied ! The office people hands were always tied so there was never a resolution to this on going problem! finally, enough was enough!! 2/01/2022 days went by after trash day which make u have double trash by the time the truck does get there! During this time I complained and demanded that the owner ( Bernard ) get here because so many days went by the trash was rolling down the street and by the time he got here he was cursing stating that I needed to find me another service but u picking up my trash late !! since 2/01/2022 up to date receiving this complaint the owner ( Bernard ) has not picked up his trash cans from my house yet! I called the office lady and she stated that they have up to 15 days to come and get these trash containers::: They are still here and also sends me a bill for a month that u cut off! T&R South is a unprofessional business! Bernard's employees speak bad about him! Constant unsatisfied customers called complaining all the time ! I didn't pay late not ONE TIME! WATCH what when u try to contact this sorry Business ! Resolution Sought $0.00 out this last bill he calls his self sending! Pick his trash cans up ASAP! Stop treating customer's like TRASH! Try professionalism for a change! 15 days been up ! now he need to come pick up the container's before we charge him! Erase the ONE star below? That was a mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
