They were responsible for getting electrical wiring from my home to an outdoor kitchen that we were setting up and that would also be used to get electricity to our in-ground pool we were having installed in the summer of 2022. It has been only a little over a year now and the electrical wiring they installed has failed and we have lost power to our outdoor kitchen and pool! So nothing works. They came out to look at the problem and promised an estimate to fix but never did. They won't return my phone calls or texts. And I see where my text messages are being read but no response. I'm more than dissatisfied with the service given the amount of money that was paid for it to barely last a year! And now we're having to pay the same amount again to have re-done. I've had 2 other companies look at the job and both have said that somewhere wore has been spliced underground bc the working outside doesn't match the wiring leading to the house which I'm told is not up to code. Resolution Sought I'd like for them to fix at minimal to no cost given it shouldn't fail in that short of a time. But I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be with them working if they're not interested in returning my calls. But I also don't feel like it's fair to pay to have completely re-done.
