They destroyed my nail beds. He drilled my natural nails so thin that they immediately began breaking. I even asked him not drill the nail polish off, and was told I didn't know what I was talking about. When I called them to fix the problem. They tried to extort a large sum of money from me. Resolution Sought I want a refund, and a warning for potential customers.

My name is Tonni Phan. I'm the owner of T&T Nails. In Wetumpka, AL 36092, my phone is 334-478-7116. Ok if your need about something this case or Ms. Goowin You can call me. I don't have time to this client. She comes to the salon to have a polished change, . When she walked out of a salon all 10 fingers ?? good looking. 2 weeks later she call back, she tell me all her nails were broken, she ask me if she want a full set, I tell her Full set from $50-65$ long nail to. She tells me she want to do her, I don't have time for today's, we are all booked. With the time I do her nails and her son, only charge her $40, that day. I think she wants her nails free. Sorry but she is?

The owner was very rude, and when I called it was a week later. He's changing the facts to excuse his rude behavior. My nails started breaking one by one. They didn't all break at the same time. I asked him repeatedly not to drill my nails so thin. I would rather be polish over the old polish. My request was not only turned down, but he refused to finish my nails if he didn't drill all the polish off. Nails by Shannon never drilled all the polish off, because it would weaken the nail bed. I told him this, and he still refused to do my nails as I requested. Already having started my nails I ignorantly let him to it his way. His way destroyed my nails. I now have to wear acrylics on my nails, which I haven't had to do in the three years of a polish change. I think if the customer wants it done a certain way, then it should be done that way. His ego was more important than what I wanted done. When I called to ask him to fix my nails that he destroyed he quoted me the price of $65.00. He refused to even offer a discount. He was rude, egotistical, and completely unwilling to do as I asked. Their my nails. It shouldn't be up to him to extort his will. I'm now getting my nails done my way

Today I'm writing to report back on your claim, in my salon, if you have natural nails we not drilling anything, only drill acrylic nails. She got done 2 weeks later call back asked me a question, and I answer her questions. In my salon, we work by appointment 99-. So time she calls no available, finally she just wants her money back. She wants free nails. But I'm sorry, not after 2 weeks. I'm done with these customers, so please don't listen to this girl. Anyway, I'll call my attorney and sent her a letter with my 4 weeks of lost revenue and will behold year's around. Because she writes bad reviews on my business.
