I had a fire at my house. TLC was my pack out and clean to return my belongings. They stated I cannot have my belongings back until full payment through my house insurance pays them the right amount. The amount they asked for from my insurance was already ridiculously too much and now they still continue to hold my belongings hostage while I live in my house due to the construction being finished through my insurance. I was told my belongings would be returned three different days by the owner Jon. He lied and nothing has been returned. Now I'm being informed nothing will be returned until the amount is paid by my insurance company. Resolution Sought I would like to have all of my belongings delivered to me.
