Will not cancel an account that was set up 1 hour prior due to ineligibility. Account was made online and charged. They refuse to refund and cancel stating I have to go into a store which is a major inconvenience and I refused to travel for this. There was no travel involved when ordering online. Extremely pissed off and was given the run around from several depts and supervisor to only have no results and hang ups and lies. Resolution Sought Refund my entire purchase and cancel account asap

I had a screen saver installed on my iPhone 16 on September 15, 2026. It is defective. I went back to the store for a replacement but they rudely accused me of damaging my screen saver which is NOT true. Employee was very rude and indifferent. This is terrible action to a paying customer Resolution Sought Replace the screensaver which was installed incorrectly or refund $42.79 to my account ending in 7592
