Back in June 2025 I called T-mobile to add two lines to my account. I was provided with a promotion deal 50 off on two iPhone 14. I was told that my plan will change and was told that I will be on the essential savers plan for $100.00 for three lines. I was told the payment for the phone each month would be $13.12 each for two phones. With the two additional insurance fee roughly with taxes I would pay around $190.00 a month. I get my first bill in July that did not reflect the 13.12 a piece for the phones. I called and receive a credit and was told the promotion of the phone at 13.12 a piece will reflect in the next billing cycle in August. I tried to pay my August bill to see $241.18 due. I called 8-22-2025 to be told the plan that I was on did not qualify for the promotion deal that I was offered. I escalated to a supervisor who said the same thing. I expressed what I was quoted and I should not be penalized for someone else mistake. As a working individual I budget my bills accordingly. The manager offer 10 dollar credit which is a slap in the face. I called back again today 8-23-25 because I was not satisfied with the resolution of yesterday call. I spoke to a rep who inadvertently hung up on me. I was advised they could not override the manager resolution. I escalated to supervisor to file a complaint. That supervisor lack empathy. I've been with T-mobile over 11 years and never had any issues. I experience the WORST customer service experience with this company. Resolution Sought To adjust my bill to reflect what I was originally quoted.

May 11,2025 went to T-Mobile store to check out new iPhones. Said i could try out for 10 days. i agreed to try out the phones. paid $146.20 for tax on free phones. After afew days decided not to keep the phones or T-Mobile service and returned the phones on May 19,2025. exclusive wireless failed to cancel contract and now T-Mobile has billed me for service through 6/30/25 for $282.29. i received a refund of $116.20 from exclusive wireless on 5/19/25 after a $30, restocking charge. exclusive wireless has done nothing to clear this mistake on their part. i sent emails to both exclusive wireless and T-Mobile with no response. Resolution Sought Have T-Mobile delete the $282.29 that was charged for service i did not have.
