I had 4 lines with t-mobile my bill is 5,000 due to fees and non return fees that never happen, I had waited for months for t-mobile to credit me only for me to be told that it still not credited now I have 5000 bill when I am not financing phone supervisor adding my checking account and money getting return after I never ask them to do that, and now I have this bill due to them I will like this taken care of and my named cleared because there is no reason why my bill should be high with t-mobile Resolution Sought I will like them to fix my bill and take care unnecessary charges that has occurred on and they need to reimburse me for the supervisors that messed up my account.

There is always a problem with tmobile, never since I had switched companies had any peace. I made my payments on time, and yet they system decides to do the other wise. I have proof where i had made the payments. I just want credited 30.00 on my account, due to failure on their part to complaint about my request. Both agent and supervisor were laughing over the phone of me, small giggle but i was still able to hear it. Resolution Sought Credit 30.00 into my account.
