This company has no communication skills whatsoever and horrible social skills. This company rescheduled me a total of three times, not only did they reschedule, but I had to call to find out why they weren't at my house installing the fence as they said they would be again their communication skills are poor. I informed them that we wanted metal posts and came outside to find out they had already installed all the wood posts. If they were unsure, they could've asked me what post would like to go with, but this did not happen, because again the communication skills are very poor. They missed a whole section of privacy fence along our bedrooms because they assumed that it was on our neighbors property when it is clearly on ours and end is falling down. I'm very frustrated at this and I've been trying to schedule them to come back out to finish the job. It has been a month and I have texted multiple times to get on the schedule with no outcome. I have also asked them to put additional support on our gate because it is not sturdy and keeps blowing open this company got their money and could care less about my additional concerns. I'm very frustrated. This is a summed up version and I feel like it doesn't even describe half of it. I'm not really expecting an outcome, I just want to give them the rating that they deserve. The ratings online are very good and that is why I chose this company. I want other people to be aware, so they are not in the same situation that I was/am. Company states: I've been out of state and just returned. The customer added the additional section to the fence after we completed the job. It wasn't on the original invoice. Unfortunately, if I come and add more fencing, I would have to charge her about $1500 because we work in crews and I don't have just one person who can do the job.
