Train there employees on better customer service.

Came in to a taco bell and ordered a steak crunch wrap supreme. once I got it it had beef in it, so I took it back. the guy tells me they don't take food back and for me to throw it away and that they would make me another one. I wait about 30 minutes and when I got up to go check they weren't even making my crunch wrap supreme. so I asked for a refund and the guy said he would give me a refund back which wasn't the whole balance and that he would make me another crunch wrap. So I go to sit down an hour had pass by where I see other people's meals get messed up and in 2 seconds they got there food back and I'm still waiting for mine so I go back and the lady who gave me a refund back was so rude saying that they had already handled the situation and didn't know what else could be wrong so I told her I was waiting for my crunch wrap supreme that the guy said he would make which by the way these two were management. So then I look over and he wasn't even making so I asked to speak to the guy in charge which is name was DOMY and he told me they don't give free food or refunds back. I have never heard of that before and that there clearly was a miscommunication. so after trying to talk to me he finally turns around and makes my crunch wrap supreme and gives me 2 free taco coupons I should be getting my whole meal free not a taco. I will never be going to this taco bell ever again.
