Close this location down or rehire new functioning and capable staff.

I waited 30 minutes in the lobby (which I was the only person in there when I walked in) for food I never got and wasn't even started when I tried canceling and then was told they couldn't cancel , nor give me a refund or credit. This is the only taco bell in the area that takes over 40 mins for an order every time! Normally I get stuck in the drive thru which they conveniently made so no one can get out, but this time I went in thinking it would be faster but boy was I fucking wrong. I run doordash too and refuse to pick up orders from there anymore for this reason.. Today, was a for my family, specially my child who said she wanted nachos and now won't get any because of the sh*** service at this location.
