They threatened me with malicious prosecution with with FBI thru an IC3 form and when I informed them that violates 18 USC 1001 they said it was company policy to threaten harrass and intimidate people until the PayPal dispute was dropped It worked I dropped the PayPal dispute I got tired of it they accused me of everything under the sun just because I wanted them to pay return shipping . I can't believe they've been getting away with this . I'm not sure what shipping cost but I want a refund and them to pay return shipping Resolution Sought I want them to change their company policy and give me a full refund for the item I ordered and pay for return shipping I'm not sure about the shipping cost but I want a refund of $297. And they pay for return shipping so I put $400 on the amount I want to recover. Also I'd like to know the Name of the person or people I felt with and a letter of apology for their name calling threats and intimation
