On the 27ths of August i bought a car from them, i gave them $700 for deposit and pay $75 every week. On 17th of September had no time to make a payment cause i had family emergency, but i know i was going to make the payment on Saturday morning cause they open on Saturday too. Then on the 17th i went to work and parked the car. Left my food in the car, my $1,200 and other stuffs. I started work at 6pm on the 17ths. At 8:10pm i was on my first break and i went outside then i didn't see car. I was like what's going? I spoke with my manager, and my manager asked all the securities to check on the camera to see what happened? When the securities checked. They saw 2 people came and they open the car door then drove it away. When i called the car dealership to asked them, they said they are one who took the car. I told why you guys didn't send a tow truck? Cause i have stuffs in the car. And i told them keep the car and i will come get the stuffs i have in it. On Saturday before i went to car dealership i asked them if they have the so i can come get my stuffs? They said yes they have it, but when i got there. They told me they don't have it, oh that was a mistake. They said i have to come back on monday. Then on Monday when i got there they gave me a plastic bag. When i checked on the plastic bag i didn't see my $1,200 and my lunch..they said they didn't find any money. They said they paid one guy $10 to clean the car. This is crazy. Resolution Sought I want them to give me the $1,200 they took from the car, i don't care about the food cause they trashed it already, the crazy thing is. They didn't give me time to touch anything...they just gave me a plastic bag when i got there. Then they didn't send any tow truck to get the car. They send some guy then they just came to my job..they open the car door and drove it away wowww.. I need my $1200 it's for my bills.
