My Factoring contract ended May 10,2022. I contacted them per email and certified letter to send me My termination letter and Release of Lien. I only got the Termination letter and No release of lien. Me nor my company Rizzoy Transport LLC owes them any money nor are they collecting any outside money on my part. I have emailed them daily no response. From research I see this is a common problem with this company. They take their time removing Lien if you decide to end contract .I just need my release of lien letter. Resolution Sought Give me my release of lien letter.

Illegal contract my company was not in good standing when the contract was signed which in tafs contract your company must be in good standing. I also sent a letter with tracking usps and was told my letter was not received in the time allowed which I have tracking it was received. Resolution Sought Terminate contract
