I don't owe them any money and hove proof of payment. Resolution Sought I want my release letter from them I need it to do business with other factoring companies.

Company states; We have reviewed the account and the $750.00 balance Bethel Trucking LLC has with TAFS. While it is TAFS belief that you the carrier was over advanced on invoice 44773, TAFS would like to swiftly resolve this complaint and will provide the letter of release for their company. If the carrier has additional issues or need any further assistance please call (913) 393-6110. TAFS has replied directly to the carrier, and the release letter has been sent (also attached here).

My Factoring contract ended May 10,2022. I contacted them per email and certified letter to send me My termination letter and Release of Lien. I only got the Termination letter and No release of lien. Me nor my company Rizzoy Transport LLC owes them any money nor are they collecting any outside money on my part. I have emailed them daily no response. From research I see this is a common problem with this company. They take their time removing Lien if you decide to end contract .I just need my release of lien letter. Resolution Sought Give me my release of lien letter.
