Bad experience
It takes them 2 hours to take your call if you have a problem. Ridiculous!

Do not factor with them, if you do file a complaint with the FTC
They will say after you sent a letter certified that they never received it even though you have a tracking number saying it's been received in the time allowed. And the contract signed at the time my company was not in good standing, which is stated in the contract after signing. date received, if you look at my email trail it's been two incorrect responses March 14 and March 26 emailed by tafs? I still have not receive an answer regarding their claim of how the date is being recorded. The next BIG issue (see attached) how is the contract valid when at the time of signature my company was not in good standing also included in my email with Tafs requesting my information to be updated on July 7, 2021 almost a month after signature June 11, 2021 according to their contract see below/attached: It's no way so many complaints of the same issues on BBB website of proper notice was not given and this is acceptable its unethical behavior, It's against the law to hold customers hostage that's illegal practices and against the LAW. I do not have any outstanding invoices with Tafs. Representations and Warranties. Client represents, covenants, warrants and agrees as follows: (a) If Client is a corporation or limited liability company, that it is duly organized, existing and in good standing under the laws of the state of its incorporation or organization, and that the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement are in every respect within its corporate/company powers and have been duly authorized by appropriate corporate/membership action.
