Install shower, broke shower pan, had to reorder pan..took almost 3 more months to finish job. Inconvenience to me, I'm handicapped needed walk-in shower. Did not give us a break on the $10,000 price tag. Owner didn't seem too concerned. Very angry and feel like we were ripped off. Blamed everything on manufacturer shipping. ALSO installer let debris fall in shower drain and we had to buy equipment to unstoppable the drain. Resolution Sought Give us all our money back and train their workers better.
