I ordered this restaurant from Uber before. Decent food. Why would I never go again? Well I'm an Uber eats driver as well. I came here before and heard the male host tell a customer that Uber East sucks and they should order from door dash because it's quicker. Well I wouldn't want that anymore if that's how you talk to the consumer about other consumers. I knew you treated people that worked for Uber eats different. Well not just that today I went to the restaurant to pick up I arrived there at 8pm. The restaurant told me 40 minute wait which is not how Uber works so I called in. I spoke to a rep and told them the restaurant said 40 minutes . They called the restarting and they said it was ready 10 minutes ago. So I went in to get it and asked why would you tell me 40 minutes? Because you didn't want me to pick it up? Because you don't like blacks? And he kept saying it did take 40 minutes. Mean while I got there at 8 and got the order at 8:25 but the order was ready 10-15 minutes before that. How is that 40 minutes? So I waved him off and the guy yelled at me to never come back. So I asked who was his boss and he said he was his boss and I told him I'd definitely contact the better business bureau and attorney general so I am. Racists
