I bought a vehicle on February 21st there wasn't any problems with the car no check engine lights or anything I went to Take 5 oil change on E.Waterloo Rd I asked the guy that was working there if they change transmission he told me no I would have to go to a actual shop they have the guy on camera going under the car and draining fluid from the car the guy never told me that he drained the transmission fluid my vehicle can't drive forward or backwards I told the manager at take 5 he admitted that the guy that did my oil change has done it before to someone else they put a claim in and they have footage they were supposed to contact me to let me know what is going on and they didn't I constantly call them they didn't give me the claim number they connected me to there corporate office and I have emails from them saying the claim is under investigation and the claim number they gave me was 380532 I was told today that they were not planning on fixing what they messed up it was told to me and also to the mechanic shop on S.Main Street my vehicle has been in the shop over a month Resolution Sought I would like for them to get my transmission fixed ASAP so I can used my vehicle I really need my vehicle as soon as possible to get my kids back and forth to school and doctor office
