I was making reservation back in August of 21 at a hotel in North Carolina when over the phone they said they had a promotion going on with take a getaway for a package deal of $199 where it was a two-for-one a trip and a cruise you had a year to take a trip and two years to take the cruise. Now the information and the rules that was sent to me I have them screenshot in my and saved in my phone, but during the duration from 6/8/21 I have been talking back and forth to different people with the takeaway to make sure exactly how much time I had to take the trips and also I stated to them that I should have been given more time being as the virus was going on in the world has been shut down but they told me that people will still traveling and I told them that's people but I had had the virus and have had family members that have had it two and three different time and it's still going on, so they still didn't want to give me any extra time or whatever so I spoke with someone about two or three weeks ago to make sure the exact time frame that I had left to take my first trip and he stated to me that I had until June 8th of 2022 to make reservations for a trip but I still had the remainder of this year to take the trip and then I can take my cruise I have an up until 2023 to take it. So I was on the phone with them yesterday trying to make reservations, and the one I was trying to make being just stated on my rules that I could choose from 40 destinations of my choice only today Resolution Sought I ran out of space trying to explain what was going on but what I would like for someone to do is to reimburse me my $199 back or either give me the time that I was stated from so many different other Representatives for me to take my trip. I don't have $199 to just give someone that's not fair when a lot of things they say now it's not in the rules that was sent to me! So the day they telling me my certificate expired today,
