Convicted Felon Owns This Business
Looking for a casting director and someone with background actor information I stumbled upon Cyndie James of Rancho Cucamonga and later learned she is a convicted felon, on felony probation for her 5th DUI and getting a divorce. I also learned she served prison time and was trying to weasel out of that felony probation by filing a request for modification of sentence on Sept 7th 2018 at 830 am in R12 before Judge Charles J. Umeda in San Bernardino County California. I also learned she was arrested for theft, forgery, sex crimes, and of course five drunk driving cases, and felony conspiracy to name a few. In checking further she has no valid license as a talent agent in California and she has lost or surrendered all of her other professional licenses. Her real legal name is Cynthia Nava James and she was born on July 4th 1967. You can independently verify all of this by visiting San Bernardino Open Access criminal site and looking up Cynthia James. Once there, scroll down and you’ll see her ten court cases. You can also verify this by reading about her in the Inland Empire news or the San Bernardino County Sheriff press releases. There are many unscrupulous people in entertainment so please be very careful. My initial phone contact with this self-proclaimed agent left me bewildered because she sounded drunk on the phone and out of touch and she was very elusive when I asked basic industry questions. Her business address is invalid as per the City of Beverly Hills and again there is no valid business license on file and no Secretary of State filings which anyone can easily verify. Thank God for this agency and this Web site.AdvisoryRancho Cucamonga - Driving Under the Influence & Conspiracy to Commit Hit and RunDATE: May 22, 2015 at Approximately 9:10 PMCRIME: Driving Under the Influence & Conspiracy to Commit Hit & RunLOCATION: Archibald Ave. & 19th St. in Rancho CucamongaSUSPECTS: Cynthia James, 52 year old resident of Rancho CucamongaGary Guglielmo, 64 year old resident of UplandSUMMARY:On Friday, May 22, 2015, at about 9:10 PM, suspect Cynthia James was driving her gray 2002 Toyota Sequoia in the area of Archibald Ave. & 19th St., when she was involved in a collision with another vehicle.
