Hey so I filed my taxes with these people at talk of the town. I have been given the run around about a loan from a bank I was supposed to receive. A check was printed numerous times but has been flagged numerous times as well, when I contact the people on this issue they are very unprofessional and rude. They act as though I'm inconveniencing them when they have our information. I got my social security number verified by the IRS on a video call the previous night and the taxpayer is still telling me that I have to wait to get something approved. I'm always having to text and call with no respond or a angry respond. I have been beyond dissatisfied but still respectful to the business. Everytime I text the lady she has another excuse and it never go like she say it would. I asked if I could file with someone else and she told me no because I had a loan out but I never was able to cash the check and I took it back to them, for another print out for the same outcome. Resolution Sought Look into my case thoroughly. And, please give me an update.
