3 times within a week our internet we have through AT&T was shut down. The AT&T had to run a new line and was here until after 8 PM The second time they found a kink in the line where a new line had just been installed.. The tech was here until after 8 PM to get us back on line. Yesterday we lost service about 1:45 and didn't get back online until after 2AM. When we called we got a message there was a known outage. Resolution Sought Why are the competitors lines being damaged to string your line? This to me seems negligent at best. I am hearing impaired and an outage shuts off my caption phone.
