Do not purchase a vehicle from Tallasse Automotive in Tallassee, Al. I went there to purchase a vehicle and my credit was good. I was approved but I was told that I needed a cosigner. I asked my mom and my brother to cosign with me they both said yes. My brother ended up cosigning with me. When he went to sign as cosigner they put the vehicle in his name with my name not listed anywhere on the loan. The car was $14,000 but it is financed for $44,000.00 and the payments over $600 per month. I was given the wrong contact information to send payments. They are letting other folks rent my car for sex trafficking purposes. I contacted corporate and was told that I have a mental issue and that I need to contact the authorities. I am the authorities why should I contact them. I owe $900 for a remaining balance of a down payment and the sales associate is asking for my food assistance card to pay the balance. The corporate personal was very rude when I contacted him through email about the issue. He said he didn't care about the issue and that he has nothing else to do with the vehicle even though it's has a warranty. Resolution Sought Make this right. I need everyone to know what happened during my buying process and how I was treated.
