I purchased a A car at Tameron Honda in Hoover Alabama on February 22, 2024 . A Audi Q5. Four days after I purchased the vehicle The oil light came on saying low oil . I contact Honda on Monday February 25, 2024, And ask them did they give me an oil change they said yes. So I took it back in on Monday February 25, 2024, They returned the vehicle to me saying they fixed the problem. I asked them how many quarts did they add. They didn't know. Wednesday February 27, The oil level was low again. So they decided to take it to Audi, Because they are not equipped to work on Audi. They took it to Audi, They show me a print out of what Audi said And It says no problem found, but the car burns oil at an excess amount more than usual and that's normal. This car burns 2 quarts of oil every two days. I asked can I undo the contract, due to the fact, It's burning oil at a very high rate. They refused to help. They suggest I trade it back in. And pay 1000 down. I just paid 4000 down on February 22, 2024. They sale team were rude, they made me feel belittled and I feel they took advantage of me being a women. I am Very unhappy, And plan on Contacting the Alabama State General office. To see what can be done Resolution Sought Take the Vehicle back , Undo the deal and return my 4000 dollars.
