There was no apology or anything.
This is a large company that do not value their customers. I received commitments from sales. Went in to purchase a car seen online. The salesperson Keldrin Palmer approached me. The car I was shown had just arrived and needed cleaning and inspection per the manager and sales person. Per the manager they were gonna do some numbers and get the car clean should be a week. They will contact us. My husband called three days later to keep communication let them, know we were still interested. I called on 4/5 Keldrin said he checked 4/3 it was not ready he need to get with his manager to see where they were on it. I called back on 4/5 30 min later on the line with Mr Palmer who kept saying he needs his manager to call me back finally put someone name Tyler on. Per Tyler the car was sold on 4:3 while we were waiting to hear from them. He also said the manager Jeff Lynics will give me a call regarding my complaints . They say they offer positive buying experience and satisfaction extended beyond initial point of sales. The worst customer service I've ever had. Did not do what they promised and didn't even contact me to tell me it was sold while I was waiting. So disappointed in this experience. There is nothing they can do. This purchase was a surprise for my son. The car is gone. I chose to give my business to a company that didn't want it. This is how they do business. They are dishonest going on at Tameron Honda was my experience and it doesn't appear to be the first time . There was no apology or anything.
