I'm entitled to one pair Diabetic shoes once a year. With required doctor visit an visit to foot doctor, whom gave script for said party to take care of my need. TBOD never followed up or contacted me ever, the phone call I made they said they where contacting my primary care an that they would call me back. NEVER informed me on anything at all . Like of communication or concern for patient. Last year got the run around with them. Never have available shoes you chose. Give you what they have of their choice. Unfair treatment. Resolution Sought Close if you can't provide responsible services to clients, No type of communication to patients on what's happening. Lousy Service

Per consumer, I would like to retract my complaint. I have resolved that issue with. Mr. Hector an staff at Tampa Bay Orthopedic Design located 812 W. MLK Blvd Tampa, Florida 33603 I now understand the process it takes to receive a pair of Diabetic shoes an I have apologize to the staff. Matter has been resolved. I thank you all as well.
