I received a full set of lashes that unbeknownst to me were applied with a hair bonding glue instead of lash glue made for applying lashes. After two weeks the lashes were super thick and full of clumped up glue. I had to get medical advise on how to remove them. After removing them i went to the shop and spoke with her. She stated she would not issue me a refund due to there being a sign on the door. The sign on the door states " pls let us know if you are allergic to latex". It doesn't not divulge that there would be latex glue used to apply lashes. She refused to refund me . Now i have no natural lashes due to this. I need assistance getting my money back. Resolution Sought A refund.

Company states; The customer requested the individual eyelashes service which uses hair glue containing latex. We have signs stating this service is $60, and we use hair glue. We also have signs stating if you are allergic to latex, you must alert salon personnel. Two weeks after this service, the customer claims she was not informed that the hair glue containing latex was used instead of lash glue. Lash glue would have been used if she requested eyelash extensions. The customer personally and improperly removed the individual lashes, which bonded to her other lashes because she did not use bond remover. The customer wanted an apology or a refund, but I did not grant her request because of her attitude and aggressive behavior. Thank you,
