Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. Tankel Law group takes their time responding to emails and never once answered the phone the 20+ times I called. I still have not received an email back from them after emailing them May 10th 2024 and June 21st 2024. They took so long to respond to my first inquiries on what the letter they sent me meant that the fees doubled by the time they got back with me. They refuse to call or email you back but sure are quick to type up, sign, and send that next letter to charge you another $125 for the letter fees. A bunch of crooks is what it seems like. Still waiting to hear back from them to see if they received the $1400+ dollars they required. Resolution Sought Answer the dang phone or email someone back. Absolutely unprofessional, and ridiculous. Would rate a zero if I could.
