Rude employee needs training.

I got to the towels section of the store and realized that I needed a cart, but didn't think i could get one. You see, i have chronic pain. I asked a team member if someone could set me one, and he gave me a nasty look and asked me to explain why i didn't think i could get one myself. I told him I ave chronic pain and just rolled his eyes and said he would get me one. I didn't think I deserved the nasty look or attitude. I just want your team members to have some kind of training on chronic illness and pain. Not all disabilities are visable.
