Project manager Udi Ben rushed me into work putting in artificial grass and a shower stall. He kept saying it will only be a small payment per month, but not saying on approved credit. My credit score was low and the guy from Coast to Coast Lending didn't seem very professional, especially when he just showed up at my door and waited for me until I got home. He also met Udi at my home and in front of both of us he told Udi to start the work without loan approval. I felt very uncomfortable with this and cancelled the application the next day. After getting through a death and a funeral I went to my personal bank and inquired about a credit line and they told me the bank wasn't making them right now and that my credit score was to low. I called Udi to cancel all work and asked for my $1000 Deposit be returned to me. He told me that I wouldn't get it all if it back because his electrician install a outlet plug outside for my fountain and a security light that he thought I needed that is defective and has never worked. I asked Udi by email to remove the defected security light and not charge me for it. I've even called him and he won't answer the phone call or return my call or email. Resolution Sought Return my deposit back since my credit didn't pass. I understand I need to pay for the electrical outlet installed at a reasonable price and not a outrageous price. I want the defective security light removed and returned without charging me. I want the balance of my deposit returned as soon as possible so I can put all this nightmare of this Udi guy and Target home design behind me.
