Breach of contract. My home is in demolition and numerous projects began and not completed. The work began done incorrectly and materials paid for undelivered. My kitchen gutted no place to cook and no plumbing in the bathroom addition. Permits requested numerous times and not provided. Floors un level and not repaired as told. New shower not done to code. The front porch was redone and the gutters, flashing, gaps between the foundation and house not repaired. Debris left behind. Carport framed in incorrectly and I'm told what was done won't pass inspection. 2 months and work still not done and contractor picked up all his tools and equipment and has not returned to finish the work he was paid for under contract. One of the workers drove his truck onto property with known oil leak and truck leaked oil all over my brand new gravel I had just paid $600 for. He has been paid $27000 to date and house is not fixed according to contract. I am disabled and my adult daughter is a vulnerable adult. She is Deaf, Autistic and intellectually disabled. We had to stay with friends and family for a week with our 4 dogs even though I was told they would do one room at a time and wouldn't need to go anywhere. They put tools on my antique dresser and damaged it and were supposed to put my daughters tv in loft in the shed but they didn't and I found it on some shoe boxes facing up and the screen was damaged. The tv was only 6m old. Resolution Sought Refund all money given so I can have work done correctly and completely by another contractor.
