I purchased a ford edge from dealership 3/2020 car was traded 5/2023 and I went to dealership and canceled Gap and warranty. I completed cancelation paperwork 5/2023 and I never received refund I contacted dealer and finance manager never returned my calls after about a month, I went into dealer and was told couldn't find cancelation form, I completed another form in November 2023 and to this day I did not receive refund. Since, the dealership has s new owner I was told to call Bill Kay Chevrolet and i was told finance Dept. couldn't help me and was transferred to business office. I left messages and no return call. I contacted Gap, but was informed dealer has to submit paperwork. Resolution Sought Assist me on how to get refund since dealership changed ownership.

Customer GAP Policy was processed in May and was charged back directly to dealer by Ford Credit. Refund should have been applied to customer's account or refunded by Ford Credit to the customer amount was $458.74. Service contract refund was processed and check mailed out Jan. 23, 2024.
