Taskrabbit charged me 22 times for an appointment they did not book. They called it a glitch and said they aren't really charged and will disappear. Three days later my bank is showing the money is gone. The bank confirms numerous complaints from people also charged multiple duplicates fees from TaskRabbit. No one at taskrabbit will do anything about it. Resolution Sought I want my money back with damages. Looking into a class action lawsuit.

They did more damage than they admit to by emptying my bank account for several days while not letting me book a task I needed done. When I finally got the task booked, it was another guy at a higher rate, who then cancelled at the last minute. Getting my task done was delayed a full week. Let's not forget that my bank pointed out there were other complaints against TaskRabbit for the same issue. And that Taskrabbit customer service was of zero help, -refusing to take responsibility until I filed complaints about them. It took five days to get my money back.

I needed someone to assist in a household move. I selected a guy to inquire about availability. He called me through the app but I wasn't notified until I returned to the chat. I called the gentleman twice but we were never able to speak. He canceled the task and a message stated he would be able to. I was still charged and they refuse to issue a refund for a service I never received. Poor customer service. Resolution Sought Refund my money and provide better customer service.
