I have been having problems with the IRS and it was an emergency because I was going to lose my gaming license and I ended up speaking with a gentleman named Doug Goldstein I gave him a payment a down payment of $125 he told me that they would get my W2 info file my taxes the same day. I had no idea how their company operated he had me fill out all this paperwork and they never filed my taxes instead a lady sent me an email stating that they needed my w-2s and everything which I already had told them I didn't have I went ahead and wrote back to her let her know I didn't have them so they could pull the information and they still never did it it's been weeks now and I lost my job and they still haven't done anything with my taxes so I don't want anything to do with them I would like my initial 125 back and I won't be paying these people a dime every time I call put on hold no one will help me I do have several names and phone numbers. I want to get my initial payment back and I don't plan on paying these people one penny because they have done nothing with my taxes or my w-2s they haven't sent me anything that proves they're even working on it I have several names and phone numbers that I can supply these people are nothing but crooks. Resolution Sought Stop asking me for money because I'm not paying them anything and I would like my initial investment back since they didn't do anything for me.

I called this company and told them I had tax problem. But I did not want to pay more then I owe IRS it would not make sense. I got one call saying I owe them more then if I just paid taxes I am a senior on fixed income and they only doing state tax and the loan to pay them was from a company they picked who was going to charge me 5000 dollars plus 2000 interest so everything they did is not what I ask for 250 and 180 a month that I not able to do. Please help thanks Resolution Sought Stop taking money from my bank and close everything and I will take the two payments as a learning experience.

We understand that this individual did not feel that our service(s) would be beneficial for them and chose to resolve his tax matters by other means. As of 08/02/2023 the client's case was closed with us, and the loan he secured for services (with a third-party lender) was canceled. Our company has not processed or taken any funds from the account of this individual. The funds received from the lender on the client's behalf have also been returned to the company as of 09/07/2023. If there are questions concerning payments or funds being processed on their account, we advise them to speak with the lender directly.
