Tax Experts complaints

She seemed like a nice old lady. she was prompt and got the taxes submitted. But she charged an insane amount for 2 hours of work. $425 for simple tax return she also said it would be cheap but never said dollar amount before service was rendered. When she said the amount I almost passed out. I would personally love to make 200+ an hour. It's truly insane. I also had a few disputes with her that she never stated it would be over $400. I paid all but the last 125. As that is all the cash I had at the time. She got mad and demanded months later that I pay up. I said I didn't have the money. She after that stopped responding and with held my taxes. I was clear with her that I simply didn't have the money to pay much and she assured me she would do it for a resonable amount she didn't do that. I was in between jobs at the time and barley paying my bills and she said she would be ok with a payment plan. But when I brought that up she never responded. Then she never responded ever again. ?? so now I have to go get a transcript printed of my taxes because she didn't follow through or do anything professional. She was rude and passive aggressive. So my last attempt to make good with her,was ignored and then I gave up. I was going to pay up a few months later but she just ignored my texts. She asks wayy too much for services rendered for basic single tax returns. And isn't honest with cost at all. Doesn't follow through with being able to pay in installments. Resolution Sought I would love if she would responded to my requests. I don't care for my tax return from her ,I would like my personal paperwork back though that she also kept.
