Tax preparers never contacted nor emailed or mailed. Tax documents to me. I revived an audit letter from IRS, when I contacted the office first I could not reach no one when I went into the office to ask for some explanation about the audit. The owner Ashley Cooper stated that I knew she was putting the deduction on my taxes. I informed her that, that was not the truth. She never contacted me to let me know what was going on, but was charging me 2200.00 to file. Which, this person knows I was not going to agree to this. I have never encountered such scammers in my years of getting my taxes prepared. I contacted her again on 1/11/2024. She immediately said I amended your taxes and you should get something in the mail. How ironic she would say this. Please help me stop her from hurting other senior citizens. Resolution Sought Stop scamming the elderly and hurting others as well.
