On December 9th a payment if 1500 dollars was paid as a down payment from an estimated price of 4500 with the balance of 3000 dollars agreed to be paid on December 12th, this was to resolve a tax lien placed on my account by the state of New Jersey. On December 10th and 11th I independently came to an agreement with the state of New Jersey to pay the debt in full, and immediately sent an Email and a text to Jeremy Ledman whom was the representative I dealt with at the Tax Hardship Center. Several calls were made on December 11th to inform him that I came to an agreement with the State of New Jersey so I would no longer need their services so the balance of 3000 dollars should not be charged to my account. I immediately removed the funds to ensure that the charge could not be processed. I sent him an email and texts on December 12th canceling the agreement. On December 15th or 16th I confirmed the cancelation with him over the phone and he assured me that my credit would've been credited back to my account within 5 to 8 business days. Since then the credit was not refunded and after numerous phone calls, several emails and texts I've had no success in reaching Mr Jeremy Ledman. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is to be credited with a full refund of 1500 dollars.

I hired this company to help put me in a no pay status for my IRS back taxes that I cannot afford to pay. I had to keep sending documents, and contacting the company for a status. A month later my wages started being garnished. I called them several times, and they stated that they didn't understand what was going on. So after 2 months of having my wages garnished, and no help from this company I called the IRS myself. The matter was resolved in one phone call. I called the Tax Hardship Center back and requested a refund for stealing my money, and taking advantage of a disabled elderly Veteran. They responded with "well we did 90 of the work, and you're not due a refund". Then he said " I'm willing to refund $675 if you don't file an BBB complaint ". I'm not satisfied and I think all of my money should be refunded. Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be to have at least $2000 of my money refunded no less. No one else should ever be taken advantage of again. I researched this company and they had an A+ rating with you guys. I would have never used them without their A+ rating.
