Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I received a letter from the IRS stating I owed them $10,000. I called TRA and spoke with Trey one of their customer service rep. He advised me that when I pay $595.95 to them they could get this tax matter reduced or dismissed. After receiving my payment I received a call from TRA requesting $4000 more so that they can go further in the investigation of my tax issues. I told them that I did not want them to represent me and that I will deal with the IRS myself. I sent them a certified letter stating I am no longer interested in their representation and I wanted a refund. Because I have resolved my tax issues with the IRS. When I called to follow up on my refund I was told that they were not going to honor it because I had the first 3 days to request a refund. They advertised giving if they did not get your issues resolved and they did not get tax issues resolved I did it myself. Please help me Resolution Sought I would like my $595.95 refunded
