During the time of 09/2023 -10/2025 I was using this company to assist me with my debt to the IRS regarding my taxes, I paid in total $6860.00, throughout the 3 years they did absolutely nothing. I still owe the full balance to the IRS. When I attempt to reach out, no one ever returns my calls. I closed my account with them, and to this day they are still attempting to collect fees. Resolution Sought A full refund of $6860.00 for services not provided.

Paid tax relief advocate-$1000 /month for services back tax issues,they never do anything ,I'm still in collections and liens as they promise to help me to talk to the IRs ..then asking for refund and they are not answering my calls and emails..especially their senior supervisor Brad Resolution Sought They will victimize more people ,I need my refund if u could helps
