Paid tax relief advocate-$1000 /month for services back tax issues,they never do anything ,I'm still in collections and liens as they promise to help me to talk to the IRs ..then asking for refund and they are not answering my calls and emails..especially their senior supervisor Brad Resolution Sought They will victimize more people ,I need my refund if u could helps

Have been paying 156.12 since Feb of 2022 for what I thought was IRS fees for back taxes, I just last week was informed by the IRS we have no payment plan or Tax Advocates working on our file.. Also getting someone to call you back or answer is impossible.. communication sucks for a company ?? Resolution Sought I would like a refund . I have a real payment with the IRS and papers to prove actual payments for back taxes .. I could of paid close to 3000.00 to them instead of it going to whatever I am still not sure what it was paying because Noone will return my email, text or calls..
