I was supposed to have my taxes reduced. I paid 3400.00 for them to help. it was supposed to take a couple months and it's been a year and all I have gotten is the run around. They are telling me not to pay but I will still be on paper which means I still owe the same amount and if my income changes I will owe it's about 24000 and that is not working for me. . Thanks Resolution Sought I want a refund. They didn't do one thing they were supposed to. I was told I would be happy at the end. Well I am not happy one bit. My husband passed and all I'm doing is getting screwed over

Taxrise promised a false IRS resolution to unpaid taxes. I got same resolution I had with IRS. I am asking them for refund. Contacted them several times. Resolution Sought Refund of money paid.
