I contacted this company due a tax bill that states I owe and Jacob Anderson said he could resolve my tax debt and the above amount I have down was going to towards my balance with IRS that my consultation there was no charge for consultation. Then when he told me that I would not have no other choice but to pay 36 a month but year my tax debt would be reduced to 2,000 but I would pay 36 for 72 months but end in 2034 and if I got a higher paying job then I would pay more a month but yet IRS would still take my returns for those years so I told him I needed to go and I asked my pastor advice and he said thy were scammers and so, called and called and today thy called and said I could not get my moms back the owners is from another country. I am really upset that all these Middle East people are here and thy came when Bush was in office and now we have Muslims running businesses that were once run by Americans and people are stealing I have another complaint of another middle class ast company car and maintenance plan what is going on and IRS is trying to say we owe after thy gave us a stimulus and a child credit but now thy are hurting and auditing people when thy need to make the wealthy that do not pay taxes to pay. So nonetheless I am asking for my money back thy are cheating lying crooks and now this country is being invaded and people who have been here are being attacked something's needs to be done. Resolution Sought Refund my money thy said I would not be charged for consulting and once thy resolved my tax issue which is wrong too thy would put 500 I gave towards my settlement. Now thy know I caught onto their scammer crook thieves thy are pissed I told them I went elsewhere and he was all asking what did thy say and what thy going to do. I rate them as thieves crooks they scamming people and it states it in BBB

I paid them to do a service with my tax my taxes and I was out for a year with knee surgery and they suspended my My Tax account and I asked for a refund and I said I'm not eligible for a refund because of it was almost a year I haven't paid, but I still owe the IRS money and I think they should give me my money back. Resolution Sought Give me back my money
