I worked with Aveanna healthcare and I was offered FSA which I subscribed to health FSA/ general the company claimed I was not qualified and enrolled me for transit. I never received any letter that I was not qualified. Debit card was sent which did not stated is for transit only and I tried to use the card on several occasions, but declined, then I placed a call to them and they told me is for bus and train only. I have never use train or bus since 10years in USA, my family has 2 cars and 1 truck , paid off. Why will I subscribed to transit? I told them the card is of no use and I want reimbursement but they told me I have to forfeit my hard earned money. Is this why I was not properly informed through email or when mailing the card that I was only qualified for transit. I have canceled my deductible but I want my Money back it can't be forfeited just like that. Resolution Sought I want reimbursement. You can deduct your tax . The card is useless and I'm not satisfied with their service. All consumers needs to derive satisfaction in what they used their money for .

We communicated with the participant's employer back on 06/01/2022 and they confirmed that they are refunding her contributions on a following check. The participant was to remove the complaint as it had been resolved with their employer.
