When my girlfriend and I inquired about a car, the sales team became forceful, intimidating, and insulting. The sales personal we're trying to get her to sign up for a 30 plus percent loan for a car that was rusted and making dangerous noises. They ignored my questions and became insulting about my knowledge at the point the process seemed predatory toward my girlfriend. The sale manager Jason came to tell us that this was the only deal we would ever get as well as asked me what was wrong with me because I wasn't paying cash. I have bought 3 cars through this dealer and am about ready to return my current car in spite. Resolution Sought The sales manager has been insulting to me on multiple occasions. He is arrogant and needs to be put in check. The practice seem predatory and it needs to be investigated.
