I have contacted 811 on 4 different occasions to have someone come out and mark an area so I can dig. Taylor Electric Co-Op refuses to mark my property so I can begin construction. If it is the law for me to call and get the clearance then the service I need should be included with out me having to pay someone to do it. Resolution Sought I would like them to come out and mark my property so I do not hit any underground lines.
