Bought a car just before Christmas and the mileage was way off like over 770 miles when the actual was maybe just over 10 miles come to find out this was a car that was sold and drove and was not the greatest of shape as a new car should be not detailed when we bought the vehicle! I did all the detailing myself finding summer tree stuff inside the engine compartment as well as the people who drove it for over 700 miles there personal stuff in the glove compartment as well in the interior two sets of ear buds and some chewed up gum on the carpet! Then the inside of the trunk was a mess dirty! I don't call this a New Vehicle! Talked to one of the owners about it he told me to give him a week to ten days to take care of it! Because he wanted to find a car detailer! I found one and it took me 7 hours and supplies and got my vehicle back to my liking! I'm not trying to be a Ass but this should not have happened to me and my wife at all and I saved all the crap that was in the carto show the Taylor's if they would like! They should had this taken care of when they sold us the car! But they said they couldn't find a detailer which I see many in my area as well as the place that we bought the vehicle in Findlay Ohio! Resolution Sought Our Salesman was the best!!!! But overall the car I Love and have spent many hours detailing and keeping it clean and forgiving the 770 extra miles as the title doesn't read that at all, I think that this dealership owes me $750 to $900 in my terms!
